Biography:

Wine has been my biggest passion and interest since I was 15 years old and I decided in an early age to dedicate my life to wine, also professionally. I have worked for both importers in Denmark and producers in Spain. I contribute to several specialist wine magazines and forums/blogs and taste professionally. My life is wine! I breathe, live, love and drink wine!

I am the founding owner of  VonAhm Ltd, a company that provides export advise to several of Europe’s top wine producers and market a own brand/line of wines called VonAhm Selections. Since 2009 partner at Shanghai Diversity Fine Wine Selections and in 2013 partner at Champagne Boërl & Kroff.

I was the first and very proud Dane and woman to become permanent member of Le Grand Jury Européen (GJE) and am now involved in many of the GJE’s activities including the World Wine Symposium. I also work as consultant for several importers and private collectors worldwide, sourcing wines and managing portfolios.

Furthermore I am working as specialist on the wine trade for the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and contribute regularly to FINE Magazines; the world’s leading luxury wine magazines and www.jamessuckling.com

I am working on my first wine book about a new and systematic approach to wine tasting and have been making wine tasting programs for the Danish financial television; Børsen.

Finally I conduct wine education, tastings, seminars and master classes.
